New Private Window, New Window and New Tab are all greyed out and don't work

For about two weeks now when I right click on the opera buttn to go to a new tab or private window it is disabled. Is there a way to fix that?

So reading about how to export and save book marks and speed dial I looked at some add ons. There it said Opera now has a way to export. I'll be darned if that possibility is visible. Before i reinstall i would like to save bookmarks and speed dial. Suggestions?

@jrgies Go to bookmarks manager page and export them. You can also use Sync.
