Disable news notification

On Opera version 62.0.3331.109 for PC, how do you disable Personal News notification on the Sidebar?

I don't want to hide the Sidebar. I also don't want to hide the Personal News icon.

I have already tried disabling the option 'Enable notification badges for messengers', to no avail.

@Ryoubi That setting is, like the name says, only for the messengers.

If I remember correctly, there's a setting for it, try looking for news in settings page.
