          @leocg

          version:62.0.3331.43 on windows 10

          Computer was shut down as normal and started to find that all opera browsers were gone. Tried file recovery, checked opera folder for bookmarks files, nothing to no avail. I then thought I could at least use my old bookmarks from mozilla so I tried to import. The import states complete but it gives me a blank bar as if there had been no import. Tried this a couple of times, again, to no avail. Did not have an opera account to sync. Created one in that meantime.

          I have disabled all extensions and adblockers, reset settings to default.

          Went to the about page and opera updated to 62.0.3331.72. Browser restarted and still, nothing.

          I am sorry to say that I don't know how to reset the flags to default. Searched and still unsure of how. Seems it's compared to resetting but your advice would be appreciated.

          I went to the link to help me create a clean profile folder. Was told to go to the opera://about page but unsure of how to complete this step from there: then go there using your OS file explorer and rename the directory so Opera will create a new one on next start.

          Thank you very much!

            @leocg Edit: Also searched to see your response that there would be an imported bookmarks folder. Checked each folder and there is nothing at all.
