[Solved]Download Notification gone/missing after a recent update

Since a recent update I no longer receive a notification that a download is complete. In the past I would just click said notification to launch or view whatever I downloaded. Does anyone know to re-enable this notification?

As a work around, every download I now have to click CTRL+J to get the downloads tab open and use that instead. Any ideas?

The solution to always have a downloads tab open isnt really ideal. No one here seems to have a solution, if they do they dont care.

This sort of resolved itself on its own after the windows 10 cumulative update for Insider preview 14986. Big thanks for the support staff here for the overwhelming response to an issue I would have paid to fix.
