new install just doesn't work and i cant uninstall any of the opera software or upgrade because it just doesnt want to open up

@tedjmsr There are any instance of Opera in the task manager? Did you try a reinstall? What happens when you try to uinstall?

there was and I deleted the regedit way I read about in here then loaded ver 62.0.3331.18 and still wont open or uninstall and it is not in the registry

@tedjmsr What about a reinstall?

Maybe it could fix the issue caused by the registry deletion.
