Opera freezes on start up - how to export profile?

Opera freezes on start up. Every time I open it, I have to restart my laptop. Therefore I cannot export my profile. It is not possible to copy the "AppData\Roaming\Opera Software" either, because an error shows up when I'm trying to do so. Please help, I'm completely stuck.
