Cant connect to different sites

When the VPN is on i cant connect to a lot of sites but when i shut it of there are no problems and everything works ok

@lightning-x Many sites block connections from VPNs. Many ISPs and governments block VPNs.

I got the same issue, when vpn is turned on, it is REALLY slow. Was not a problem yesterday at all and nothing have changed from my end.
