I am wanting to use Opera, but have a couple of questions I could not find in the Help section.
      - Is Opera 32 or 64-bit
      - Why does Opera want to load in C:\Users, rather than in C:\programs. Can it be put in C:\programs

Current stable version is 32 bits. There is a experimental 64 bits version in developer channel.

BTW, you could have found the answer by looking at Help > About Opera.

Why does Opera want to load in C:\Users, rather than in C:\programs.

Probably because you are running the installer without admin privileges.

Can it be put in C:\programs

Yes, but you may need an account with admin privileges.

          Thank you , leocg.
I down loaded the program as\nd saw that it loaded into the 32-bit programs section.
i could not find Help > About in the Menu sidebar.
There is the link, About Opera, below the Help link in the Menu, but I could not see anything about the build type in it.
          Did I miss something?
          Cheers,

            Here: `System: Windows 10 64-bit (WoW64)'

The '(WoW64)' part indicates that you are running a 32 bits program on a 64 bits Windows.
