I use Opera Stable 40.0.2308.75 on macOS Sierra 10.12. When I opened new window in macOS Sierra's full-screen mode, new full-screen window was piled up in original full-screen mode space!

      screenshot ↓
      http://art41.photozou.jp/pub/201/124201/photo/241424923_org.v1475075159.png

And black strange bar was showed on the top of new window.

And when I closed new window, both tabs crashed! Incidentally, When I changed Opera to Desktop mode from Full-screen mode, Opera's tab and addressbar became strange!

I confirmed that this issue happen on Firefox 49.0 and Vivaldi 1.5.609.8 on macOS Sierra. So, I think the reasons of this issue is macOS Sierra.

Incidentally, another bug like this issue happen on Safari 10.0 on macOS Sierra. When I opened new window in macOS Sierra's full-screen mode, Safari opened new "tab"!

So, I think this issue connect with macOS Sierra's new feature "Tabs".

        P.S.
When I opened new "private" window in macOS Sierra's full-screen mode, Safari opened new normal private window. And when I opened new window in Desktop mode, Safari opened new normal window.

Really? MacOS sierra full-screen mode new window issue don't happen by changing preferences. But HTML 5 full-screen mode issue still happen. Like this↓
