Snapshot zone selection disapear instantly

Hello, when i want to snapshot, the snapshot zone selection disapear instantly when i try to move it, or change it size... any solution please ?

@tadoshy Not happening here. Try disabling extensions if you use any. Also try resetting your configuration.

yes i tryed to disable all extensions already but it doesn't change anything
don't want to reset all. but if no solution i will try
