Opera does not want to open

hey. looking for help
after system restart opera does not want to open. has been reinstalled several times and still nothing
instead this statement says: System windows cant find the file. Make sure that the name you entered is correct and try again.

@emas170 Download and run Opera Portable and see if it works.

Try removing Opera by doing a complete uninstall of Opera (make sure any Opera folders do not remain in "local" or "roaming" path locations) and then install Opera again allowing Opera to install where it does by default.

The program has defected form virus may you have to uninstall and then reinstall the opera... it's working for me... hope for you also..
