Settings Page Freezes

Hello, i have been using opera for a while and i really dont wanna stop, But i dont think I can use it when the settings page dosent let me scroll down or click anything, I can see all the buttons but i cannot scroll down or click anything, Its frozen. Please someone help me.

As in ... you go to (Menu) > Settings and that's it, or something more? Does it effect Quick settings too?
