Opera Addons site very very broken

Opera 39.0.2256.71 , Windows 7 64bit , New Zealand , 3G connection (solid)
All other page display correctly, with Opera and Firefox.
When a browsers own website can't be displayed by it's own browser, that is not a good thing.
Even with turbo, battery saver and adblock off it is still broken, addons cannot be installed (in addition to it looking broken.)
