Default, profile directory and cashe is C:\Users*username*\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable. How can i change it?

There is different solution. You can move profile folder to your prefered place, then you should create symbolic link to this folder in previous location. I used amazing tool named Link Shell Extension for this.
