I have the same question. And I don't see VPN menus in my address bar. In addition, the Create Snapshot icon disappeared in the sidebar. Can't be found anywhere in Opera. Where did she go? Thank you

@Tripx in the address bar, enter opera://settings/vpn and then Enable VPN

In the address bar, enter opera://settings/manageSidebar and then enable Show sidebar.
I guess there isn't Snapshot in the sidebar, it's in the address bar

The icon on address bar allows you to turn VPN on and off

Yeah you can use the icon, but imho, it'd be much more handy to have a shortcut instead of dragging your cursor to that icon hundreds and hundreds times a days. I'll very grateful if guys at Opera make such a feature.
