I do volunteer tech support and I have a user with an issue I have not seen with Opera before, but it's very common with Chrome. In case you are interested the issue is that if you have two monitor's whose refresh rate are at a non-multiple of each other and you play media on one screen and have a game on the other you get terrible stutter. The fix is deleting the WidevineCdm folder and updating it again.
So the question is, where does Opera store it's WidevineCdm folder? Most posts on this I found through google were for Linux where it said it used Chrome's Widevine module, but I'm not sure if that's literal as in it loads it from Chrome's directory.
