Why is this issue with Opera ? what year is it ? every other browser has it and in opera why you have to use random stupid extension to make this browser work ? when will be new update that resolves this issue ? is any1 even working on this ?

It's a Facebook issue, they are deliberately blocking that feature for Opera.

If you use an extension to change Opera's user agent, things will work.

@leocg I know about extension , I can move to chrome any time but I am not because i hate extensions , opera has everything in it without extensions , only issue is 3d pictures so nothing will change because facebook doesn't care about Opera ? i don't get it

What they can do is ask Facebook to stop blocking the feature. If it doesn't work, they may try some workaround to fix it but it should always be the last option because it may cause issues.
