I have the same problem enabling in no VPN. I took the precautions listed below and still no VPN. Please fix this feature as it is one of the reasons I use Opera...

Still not working VPN. What is the problem? Why does no one fix this problem? Or all the same?

Can't give you a positive yes or no on that Joe, sorry
I've only ever used it when Opera's VPN goes down but I've had no issues with Windscribe since using it.
it serves me as a temporary fix but I've never used it long-term.

With so many browsers offering add on VPNs it is upsetting me that I am trying my best to stay loyal to Opera. but it is bloomin hard when I can't use the VPN to sign on to sites I use daily! Is there ANY idea when the servise will be bacl or do we have to swap?

Since Opera is now owned by chinese I do not trust it anymore. Uninstall and use Firefox instead.

@passegua I dont think the Chinese would really care what I do on my PC mate! And FF dont have any good VPN add ons anyway.

VPN was working last night but today it's refusing to connect. I've tried multiple devices but no luck.

I'm living in east europe and I can't use VPN. I'm so wondered what happened to Opera.

@passegua Firefox is just as bad. They literally have collected users data in the past, they did this in Germany.

im from iran and i also have same problem with vpn not working with any server,it was fine till like 3 days ago and nothing happen so whats the problem?
i have the latest version of opera.
i delete my browser cached.
i restart the browser,also reinstall it and i have no error message from my firewall or my anti virus.
like i said it was fine till 3 days ago. -

I've not been able to use it for about 10 hours. Tried using old versions even different VPN extensions to no avail. It would be great to put up some nes as there must be MANY hundreds in my position.
