Private browser in Android App Safe?

I've just downloaded opera mini on my android mobile. Is Private browser safe for Financial sites because I don't wanna use normal for financial transactions? Any Recommendations regarding this?

Apps should be downloaded from its authors page or from the OS store.

Private window/tab/mode/etc will just hide your navigation in that device.
