What is the easiest way to transfer an IE11 folder to Opera, without having to log in to each website included in the folder one-by-one using the Opera browser?

What do you mean by IE folder? A bookmarks folder?
If so, try to export it and then import it in Opera.

By IE 11 folder I mean a folder with many web site links which I visited and saved using Internet Explorer. I wish to transfer it to Opera browser, so that I can visit all websites using the Opera browser. Please explain in detail the steps, and/or give me a link which describes how to do it. Thanks.

In this case I'm not sure that you will be able to do it. You probably will not to open all those shortcuts in Opera and then bookmark the pages.

@leocg Indeed, it doesn't seem possible to do it in the way I wanted. What I have done instead is to log in to every webpage using IE, then copy the link (web address), and add it to the Opera Speed Dial. Now my question: Is there a way to group all these webpages on the Speed Dial into folders according to subject?

Yes, you can create folders in speed dial.
