in my opera H.264 dont work

all flash players are installed.
shark007 codec & Klite codec are installed.
but dont work
please

YouTube doesn't use Flash and those codecs may not mean much for Opera.

all videos on all websites are work correctly but only H.264 in youtube is my problem
os: Windows 10 & 7
opera 58.0.3135.118
adblocker is disable
flashplayer is up to date

The video on that link plays fine here.

opera://gpu/ says that hardware acceleration is on?

This is not opera settings.

Also, were you able to play H264 videos on your system before installing the codecs packs?

And I didn't ask about opera://gpu, I asked for you to look at Opera's settings and check if hardware acceleration is enabled there.

And with Windows Media Player, were you able to play h264 videos before the codec pack?

Even before you have installed any codecs, right? So probably not a problem of system not able to play those videos.

What happens if you reset your Opera settings?

What specific version of Windows 10 and Windows 7? Home/Pro/Enterprise? 64-bit or 32-bit? Is Windows 10 an "N" version?

Download the Opera installer, launch it, click "options", set "install path" to a folder on your desktop, set "install for" to "standalone installation", uncheck "import data from default browser", and install. Test in that Opera. Do not enable Opera Sync in it or install any extensions.

I fixed my problem
in windows 7 only install shark007 codec as administrator
but windows 10 v1709 had problem, I chenged that to win 10 1809 TSLC and install shark007 that fixed.
