After a recent update, the default search engine was changed by some mystical force.
Now it was the Sogou Search Engine.
And the setting in opera://settings/searchEngines page was not work.
I change the default search Engine, but when I open a new page, the search engine was still Sogou.

I do not like Sogou.

The search engine that you see in the start page has nothing to do with your default search engine and can not be changed, but can be hidden.

Agreed, I don't need sogou at all.

i don't like Sogou+1
i think it should be my choice to decide whether to use Sogou or not, or
whether to use Opera or not.

otherwise, google is the biggest search engine in west.
is Sogou the biggest search engine in China?
