Dont connect to vpn service

So, opera version 58.0.3135.79, don't connect vpn, it's trys to connect but it longs for a long time and without result. I try to off my antivirus(ESET smart security premium). What should I do?

• Check with a clean profile to see if it's not an extension, setting or broken profile blocking the access
• Check in a different network to see if it's not something on it blocking the access
• Check with a different ISP
• Check if your government is not doing censorship and blocking the VPN
