In the Opera Mini v14.0.2065.100298 the resources to post photos worked correctly. In both, Opera and Opera Mini, the permissions were the same. Very strange!

Can you tell us on which phone this problem is happening? We've checked on some phones and it works fine.

@miyukiwork The problem is not the phone and the solution was not Opera, but, Samsung branded phone with Android 8.1 operating system. Why is no browser 100% functional even in the latest version?

Which Opera version do you see the problem? We checked on Opera 50 and works. Opera 50 is available in our beta channel.

Can you check one thing for us? Go to Opera's App info (on your phone's system) and check Permissions. Maybe your storage (or camera if you are taking a photo) permission is not enabled?
