Automatic updating of Adobe Flash Player

Adobe Flash Player must be one of the most irritating apps in existence. It never stops asking to be updated...frequently, too frequently. Anyway, I've read that some browsers can be set to do this AUTOMATICALLY. If this in true for Opera, please DO IT, or tell me how to do it.

Opera uses the Flash player installed in your system, so you should set automatic updates there.
At least on Windows, the default behavior is to allow them.
