Sync: Does it really works?

When I make a clean install of Opera, Opera Sync only sync some basic settings such as 3rd party cookie, panel icons, bookmarks and speeddials. But I want to sync my addons, Opera theme, ad block settings, speeddial settings, etc.

In every install I manually activate Opera Ad-Block, select ad-block lists, disable Opera password manager, add my custom search engines, disable Google search box on startpage, disable MyFlows and etc.

Does Sync in Opera only sync bookmarks and speeddial? If no, why my Opera cannot sync other settings?

Note: I use Opera x64 (both Stable, Beta and Dev versions) on Windows 10 x64.

It syncs some settings but not all of them, maybe because when settings synchronization was introduced, they weren't there.

Extension sync is a long time request.

Most of people (or at least which comes from Chrome and used the chrome's sync) wants that Opera does something like that, bu syncing theme and custom settings must be as basic as the bookmarks.
That needs to be implemented, and i don't say for me, but for most of Opera's users.
