      Hello there

I would like to double-click on a tab to close all other tabs. Is it possible and how can I have this behavior?

There is a extension for that on Firefox: TabMixPlus. But it doesn't exist on Opera.

If someone knows an equivalent, please share!

So, there is no way to set-up mouse shortcut when we click on tabs? How comes?

              Hello there

Any updates on having an option to have the behavior?

Firefox does it but I want to stay on Opera: https://techdows.com/2018/03/close-a-tab-in-firefox-with-double-click.html

Hi @gigatoaster, it's not exactly what you expect, but you can try to use one of the below mentioned extensions:
                1. Close Other Tabs - one click on the extension button,
                2. Keyboard Shortcuts to Close Other/Right Tabs - default shortcut Alt+Shift+O,
                3. Keyboard shortcuts to close Chrome tabs - default shortcut Alt+Shift+W.

In the last two extensions, you can also add your custom shortcut to close other tabs: go to opera:settings/keyboardShortcuts, and type "oth" in the search box on the right of "Keyboard shortcuts", or simply scroll down to either "Keyboard Shortcuts to Close Other/Right Tabs" or "Keyboard shortcuts to close Chrome tabs", then click "Type a shortcut" on the right of "Close other Tabs", and press your own key combination.

                      Hello there

Is it possible to put the little icon on the left instead of the right?
Also is there a native feature now to close other tabs?

                        Hello there

So I use the little extension to close all other tabs but the button is on the right and I can’t put it on the left.

So let me ask the question again: when would it be possible to “close other tabs” by double clicking on current tab?

I used TabMixPlus on Firefox and that was great. I wonder why on Opéra, it is not possible to configure this.
