I need to remove the google search bar. it annoys me so much its opera goes (which i otherwise like) or google goes.
Tell me please how to be rid of it. It used to be possible.

As i only use duckduckgo can i remove all other search engines please. Again it used to be possible.

I cannot stand it anymore - its as if Opera is in league with Google!!!!! Have they made some deal?

You mean from start page or address bar ?

To hide the search bar in start page, just go to settings page and find the start page section.

Yes, I did mean START page. I found it under advanced settings , thanks.
