Disable all audio/video in Opera

I don't just want to get rid of auto-play, I want to completely disable the ability to load and/or play any and all audio and video content. I have looked through the settings and did not find anything. I have tried using ad blockers and other extensions, but they only work for certain websites. I haven't been able to find a solution through Google or any other search engine. Does anybody know of a way to actually accomplish this?

I am running:

Opera version 38.0.2220.41
Windows 7 x64

It's not possible to do it natively. Don't know if there's an extension that allows you to do it.
