Looking to restrict browsing times

I need to restrict the times that opera can be used, unfortunately I haven't had any luck with the search feature, I guess my phrasing/wording isn't correct for what I am looking for.
Are there any add-ons/extensions that can do this for me? Or with in the browsers settings?
Thanks!!

Windows 7 had something useful built in as its Parental Control feature, but it's evolved well away from what you need in later Windows versions. So you'll probably have to employ an independent Parental Control type of program to achieve what you wish. These are generally paid software that permit access scheduling (which is what you've described), per-user settings, and various forms of site/content filtering. For example, Qustodio provides time scheduling for computer, internet, and/or application usage. You'll probably have to do some digging into the various alternatives to find a best fit for what you're after.
