Night mode for navigation bar as well?

I'm really liking the night mode on opera with the exception of one thing-- is there a way to customize the navigation bar? I've been reading white text on a black background but the navigation bar remains white which is blinding once your eyes have adjusted to reading the rest of the screen.

There isn't.

But you are talking about night mode or about dark theme? Here with dark theme, the address bar is not white.

Apologies if this has already been addressed. But I too have an issue with dark theme not changing my Android stock Navigation bar dark. It is still white and very jarring when everything else is dark. Any chance this is being looked at?
For reference this is what I am talking about:

for some reason in Opera it changes to white, even in dark theme mode.
