      It keeps on appearing at every beginning in AppData\Local\Temp. I tried reinstalling, it didn't work.

        What keeps on appearing? Those two named lock files? A lock file is created by a program to tell other processes that that some resource is in use and shouldn't be changed; the lock file should be removed automatically either when the process completes or the program closes.

            Not sure if you should - as in, not sure what it would do if it couldn't create the file.
