Video pop out doesn't work

I don't know the right name for it but I'm talking about the button that appears on video and allows to have a small pop-up window with the video playing.
It doesn't work anymore. It started by getting smaller and smaller and I couldn't change the size of it. Now it's about 3mm, so small the video doesn't fit in it and I still can't fix it. It persists even after updating my browser and clearing my cookies and everything.
I love this feature so I would like to know how to get it back please !

Does it happen on any page? Does it happen in a clean profile?

@leocg Yes it happens for all video and even with everything else reset
I've also unstalled and reinstalled Opera but it won't fix it
