Opera Will Not Install, or Installs Corrupted

Called Microsoft Support. They Gave Up And Installed Google Chrome Which I Could Have Done Myself. Any Ideas?

I'm downloaded OperaSetup.exe for my windows 7 and executed it. It is showing a message that it is downloading... that's it , it keeps on showing that message for hours together, nothing happens. what to do?

Go to www.opera.com/computer/windows and click "Download the offline package." It should be right below the green download now button.
