Why both my home computers' (Mac OS X and Ubuntu) Opera browser always in connecting mode for VPN.

Both Mac OS X and Ubuntu are at latest version. I have no antivirus software installed for both computers. I have reset the Opera to default setting, upgraded to latest Opera version, but still failed in connecting to VPN. No VPN is connected at all? What's wrong with the Opera VPN?

Did you try testing in another network and/or with another ISP?
