Where's the menu bar?

Downloaded Opera and there's no menu bar. Wheres the option to turn it on? Basic windows controls man, this isn't rocket science.

Opera, like others modern browsers, doesn't have a menu bar. You can get the menu by clicking on the Opera icon at the top left.
