Adobe Flash Player not working

When i click Run Adobe Flash Player, it doesnt do anything. Can someone fix this?

When I try to sign-in to a game on facebook, I get a msg that I must upgrade my Flashplayer to 11.2 or higher.
I currently have 22.0.0.192... that's greater than 11.2, right!?
