So, after the 38 update, my opera isn't working properly. To be more precise, it started after second update for Opera 38.
In many cases, opera won't load properly. There is only icon in taskbar and when i put cursor on icon it says ''Loading''. I can exit from opera right clicking on taskbar icon and exit without any problem. There is no any error message like ''Opera has stoped working'' or something like that.
I said to myself: ''Ok, you did't format/reinstall windows for a loooong time, maybe that's the problem''.
So, I installed fresh Windows 7 and it's still the same. It does not happen often, but still, it's annoying.
Is it happening to anyone else? And, is there any way to fix this?

And I forgot to mention, I'm not using any of extensions.

If you start Opera with command line --no-sandbox, does anything changes?

It doesn't happen every time when I'm starting Opera. It happens randomly. Now, I opened and closed opera for 40 times in 10 minutes and everything is fine. But yesterday happened several times during the period of 30-40 minutes.
I will not try that until that happen again. If it happens again, I will try that command line and I let you know if it works. Thnx.

Nah, it happened again. Unfortunately, I'm already using other browser (which is so frustrating because Opera is so much better designed, so much better interface), until the next update. I hope it's gonna be fixed for me (and other ppl who has similar problem) until next opera update.
