I'm using the most recent version of Opera:
Version information
Version: 38.0.2220.31 - Opera is up to date
Update stream: Stable
System: Windows 7 64-bit (WoW64)
Browser identificationMozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.84 Safari/537.36 OPR/38.0.2220.31
As well as the most recent of Java (Version: 8 Update: 91) however Java is not working, Nothing java related works on any websites, when I go to opera://plugins, java is not listed there.
I have enabled the use of all plugin as well as java script in Opera's settings, reinstalled java, removing it completely and restarting my pc and browser multiple times all with no luck.Does anybody have any ideas or suggestions?

Java no longer works in any Chromium-based browsers.
You will have to use Firefox or Internet Explorer I'm afraid.

It's because the Java plugin is an old legacy Netscape standard NPAPI plugin, as are the original Flash plugin, the QuickTime plugin, the Silverlight plugin, and many more. All no longer work in Chromium browsers as they are considered by the Chromium developers to be outdated and a potential security risk.
Adobe have produced a new type of plugin for Flash, called Pepper Flash, a new standard PPAPI plugin, which does work.
Microsoft, Apple, and Oracle don't seem interested in updating their plugins to PPAPI versions.
