Computer Name and Password

I am trying to change information in the password feature of Opera. I am asked for name and password, I did not give the computer a name and my name (the one that appears on start up in windows 10) and that password is not valid. How to I access this information?

What are you trying to do? If you are talking about the password manager, you can't change anything, just see the password after entering your OS account password.
