the new update is complet shit, no chromecast support and unstable

Opera supports Chromecast. Maybe you just need to enable it in settings.

I guess I may have found the issue. Somehow 'country from server' in Local State is set to unknown and changing it fixed the problem.

i change 2 days ago to vivaldi browser and i have deinstall opera, because no chromacast support, but today i install opera for fun and the chromcast support is back! WTF ? bug ?
