Opera crashes when accessing Google Drive

Hello,

Whenever I access a folder within Google Drive the browser crashes (closes and restarts). After the restart I have to close the Google Drive tab as fast as I can, else the browser crashes again.

This happens since Opera 55.0.2994.44 and also in the latest version.

How can I provide more information?

Have you try to disable extensions that might cause this? It might came from conflicted extensions

@ligardi Happens with all extensions disabled too.

Does it happen with any folder in Google drive?

It even happens without any folder.

I have another Google account, where I don't use Google Drive. Just opening Google Drive is enough to let the browser crash...

Upgrading to 56 solved the problem for me.

Strange thing: automatic update was not working, had to upgrade manually (on 2 devices).
