Windows crashed. How do I recover Opera´s profile?

I was running the most recent marque of Opera on a Windows 10 Pro 64-bit machine which crashed (boot sectors only). I have the drive mounted and am recovering the data.

a) How do I copy the profile to reuse all the settings, bookmarks, passwords, et al. on the new Windows install?

b) Can I migrate that profile to 64-bit Linux Mint to use with Opera Linux there?

a) You paste the old profile folder content into the new profile folder.

Note: You may not be able to use your passwords.
