disable notifications of closed popup

How to disable notifications of closed popup window or page, it takes 10 minutes and I have to wait until the notification disappears to close the page because it obscures the status bar. opera 48.0 android.

I don't remember have seen such notifications. Do you have any examples of pages where it appears?
