Problem bar checkerboard

Hello, going to a few sites I found that skimming the page I get for a few moments this bar checkerboard https://imageshack.com/i/16nq5op. In the past I have had Chrome, and there was just this problem by enabling hardware acceleration. Here, if I take off the hardware acceleration is also this annoying bar. What could I do? Possible that only I have this annoying problem?

I have seen it. Under heavy load (while the page is still loading) if you scroll too quickly the newly-exposed part displays a grey and white checkerboard for a short period of time (typically less than a second, but it depends on how busy Opera is).
