Flickering and returning to top of page

I've used Opera for years and mostly prefer it. However, recent builds have suffered a lot from flickering on pages and, in extreme cases, jumping to top of page. It is extremely annoying.

Couldn't notice any issues here. What version of Opera and Windows?

(Somewhat resembling some such issue some time ago! If I remember correctly, it was not a browser problem. Probably system settings, extensions and adware infection should be checked.)
