Page that becomes small

Sorry my ignorance, but for some reason suddenly without doing anything a single window of the broswer shrinks up to almost prevent me to read what it wrote. What concerns only 1 window on 5 open, what can I do?

I have not the faintest idea of how to change page zoom, but in any case give me the command to enlarge

Open the menu and you will see if the zoom has changed or not.
