Losing data from Opera after a new clean instal win10

Everytime i make a clean new Instal of Win 10 i loos everithig i made in opera like the thing in the included picture.
so my question wher and what can i make a compleet backup from Opera

You can backup in user folder (hidden) app data > roaming > opera

You can also use sync for some data. For passwords you have to use sync.

@leocg i go to C:\Users\Grand\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable. i backup the Bookmarks
Thy told me that in Bookmarks also are the Speed Dials stored.
after this i have removed in C:\Users\Grand\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable the Bookmark file and put back the saved on. open Opera my bookmarks are stil there but all my Speed Dials are gone.
i have also try sync but that wont work it is not sync everyting

In Bookmarks page check'other speed dials'
