How do you restore all tabs at the same time?

I suddenly shut down my laptop when Opera still opens with 10 tabs.
I thought Opera could restore all tabs likes Chrome, but I'm wrong. Or I missed something?

Opera developer version: 39.0.2234.0.
System: Windows 10 64-bit (WoW64)

Tabs are restored if you have the option 'Continue where I left off' enabled. Also note that it may not work if Opera isn't closed correctly.

I use a session manager for just such issues. Session Buddy is a great one. You can make it work with Opera using the 'Download Chrome Extension' extension in the Opera store. Session Buddy is in the Chrome store. They say an Opera native version is in the works though.
