Opera is Open, But Where Is It?

This is the second time I have experienced this problem. I don't remember what happened to remedy it the first time. I click on the icon to open Opera (and Task Manager confirms that it's open), but it is not visible on the screen. I click on the icon again and a window flashes by that appears to be Opera, but it disappears quickly. I have minimized the other program and then closed them all so that nothing else is visible or open, but still am unable to see an Opera page. Any clues as to what might be going on and what to do about it?

Also try a reinstall.
